Residential Yoga Courses with Chloe Freemantle

Chloe Fremantle studied with Mary Stewart and together they have run many workshops. She is also involved with others, including Peter Blackaby and Catherine James, in training yoga teachers. In addition to her weekly classes at home in West London she teaches yoga
to those with special requirements such as children and pregnant mothers

Early morning breathing, long morning sessions and shorter afternnon sessions each day.
A Yoga programme will be provided nearer the time.
